Gobox30 Needs Handle Option

I have a GoBox 60 which I have been happy with and just ordered a GoBox 30. I am disappointed in the design of the GoBox 30. It has a carrying strap to carry the box that results in the box banging against your leg and is quite awkward. It would make more sense to have the carrying handles on the GoBox 60 as an option for the 30. Why did your design team or testers not consider a problem with the strap? The website has no option for design or product suggestions and states : "We rely on the knowledge, expertise, and creativity of our talented product and innovation team to generate ideas for product development." A more open policy might be helpful.
