Does What It Should

Works as expected. Keeps drinks cold with no issues so far.

Not That Great

I have been using this mug for a few weeks now, a mint green one, and I have been highly disappointed with it. The ergonomics of the cup are not that great. The handle is too high to have good balance holding the cup. It should be lower to have a more solid grip on it. Plus the lid will leak if you have a millimeter too much liquid in it. And honestly, it does not stay as hot as my old cup from Walmart does. So I have gone back to using that cup.

Heavy And Lid Requires Extreme Gripping Strength

This travel mug is extremely heavy in comparison to their other large ramblers. The strong hold lid design is not suitable for small or arthritic hands, as it requires significant gripping strength to twist. Additionally, aligning the drinking spout with the handle position is quite challenging, which complicates practical use while holding the handle. The operation and locking feature of the strong magnet is a nice design lid. Also, this lid not is not for use with carbonated beverages, make sure you read all the detailed description blurbs under the photos, as this disclaimer is not very prominent. Please bring back the 30oz stackable tumbler in a variety of colors as it is the perfect cup or smaller hands and not near as heavy!
