Great Irons For Someone Returning To Golf

Just picked up a set of Sim 2 Max irons after being away from the game for a long while. The last set of irons I used were a GI set from 2002-ish and these are remarkably better. My first swing on a range (after testing out in the store) went high and straight, and felt great. I would say 75% of the swings I took while hitting a bucket of balls were very playable for me and my skill set. This is crazy to me because of how long it's been since I last played. I really feel confident going into a better ball outing next week, and am genuinely excited to return to a golf course. I don't care that it's an older model club because it seems to work for me and was less expensive to get back into the game, plus I think they look great. If you are a beginner or returning to golf, these irons should not be overlooked.

Bought these a month ago, absolutely love them. Have noticed a significant increase in forgiveness and playability versus the old beat up irons from the late 90s I was using. Have gained yardage as well as lowered my handicap since I got them!
