    Good But Squeaky

    The arches are solid and provide good support. But these things really squeak and you have to deal with the squeak or you cannot walk around in them.

    Shoe Inserts

    Bought these several weeks ago and they are sooo much better than the cheaper rubber ones. These actually give me support for my flat feet where as the softer ones didn't. I am buying a second pair so I don't have to continue to take out and put in when I change shoes.

    Necessary For My Feet

    These specific insoles addressed an ankle problem I was having very well. They are not a comfy, squishy insole; they are quite firm, which is what I needed. The high arch keeps my ankle in the correct position, which also helps with my knee alignment. The insoles are a bit thick so you need a shoe with some depth to accommodate them, but I can no longer workout without them.
