Lid Design Change!

Needs a different Lid! Product designer here...lid needs another look. I've had mine now for the last 6 months and it's very sleek to look at and the material feels great to the hands. I think the 16oz size works excellently since I drink while walking alot. The lid, however, seems slightly wonky. I do appreciate the cleanability of it when removed. Once you figure out how to snap the hinged portions back in, it's all good. However, the flipped cap is close to the nose and the open spout design and position allows a rush of liquid to come out when I'm drinking at about half full, as i've messed a shirt or two. Since I purchased the color with a white lid, I also don't like how the coffee residue is seen everywhere in cavity in the front and in the back when the lid is closed. I think this might be due to the curvature of the cavity and the wider opening shape to allow liquid out. I still use this everyday as it is a great little mug to have and I don't see myself replacing it anytime soon!

I bought this cup about a month ago, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it! I got it on sale for a great price, and as a teacher, it has quickly become one of my favorite purchases. I’m constantly carrying approximately 47 things into school every morning, and somehow my coffee used to be the thing that always ended up spilling. 😂 That was until I got this cup! I toss it in my bag, and it stays completely sealed. When I get to school, I still have HOT coffee. 🙌🏻 But let me tell you…this cup recently went above and beyond the call of duty. My driveway is on a hill, and apparently my cup decided it wanted to go on an adventure. It came rolling out of the back of my SUV, hit the ground, and proceeded to roll ALL the way down my driveway and into the road. 😳 I picked it up expecting the worst…and y’all. NOT. A. DROP. OF. COFFEE. CAME. OUT. I was honestly shocked! 😂☕️ The cup did get a few little dings from its unexpected trip down the driveway, which makes me a little sad. They aren’t noticeable unless you’re actually looking for them, and the cup still works perfectly. But I know the blemishes are there, so naturally, I’m already mentally budgeting my teacher money for a new, blemish-free one. 😂 But seriously—after falling out of the back of an SUV, hitting the ground, and rolling down a hill into the road, my coffee was STILL HOT and STILL IN THE CUP. I couldn’t ask for anything more. This cup has officially earned my teacher-approved, coffee-loving, clumsy-morning seal of approval! ❤️☕️

Paint Bubbled After Light Use

The mug is ok. It closes tightly and doesn't spill. After 6 months paint started bubbling from beneath. Mind you that this was not a chip or peel, just random little bubbles. Support tried to gaslight me that this was my fault and as a nice gesture they were going to ship me a new one. Then they sent me a flowery mug which is definitely not my style and I guess that they have completely overstocked. So buyer beware on the paint on this brand.
