Great Ball For My Swing

I got fitted for golf balls at Dicks House of Sport. Being newer to the game it’s not smart for me to buy the most expensive balls. The fitter suggested these as an alternative and they have performed well. I haven’t lost any distance off the tee and my ability to stick the greens is way better with these balls.

The store didn’t have the Taylormade balls that I wanted so I purchased the Qstar tour balls. They don’t seem to go as far and the lines on the balls are off. Probably wouldn’t get them again

I have been playing these balls for a while now. I like softer, 3 piece balls like the Titleist ProV1 but really don't like the price. The Srixon Q-Star is a nice compromise of feel and distance. The price is very good compared to pricier options especially when they are on sale.

I’ve been playing the Maxfli Tour S which I really like. Played the Srixon Z Star for years and decided on the new Q Star Tour 2026 on the buy 2 get 1 free promotion. Distance, feel, and durability makes this a very good choice for 65+ players who may have lost distance but still want to play a urethane ball. I’ve been getting 3 plus rounds out of a ball unless I scuff on a cart path. At the price I can afford to throw the scuffed ones in the shag bag and put a new one in play.

Super Long And Straight!

This ball is great for golfers with a club head speed in the range of 80- 90 MPH. The ball really compresses off the face. Furthermore, it checks up on the green when chipping and approach shots.

My Ball Of Choice Over The Last Winter.

Very forgiving compression rating. This 3 piece tour ball is extremely well rounded. It checks all the boxes for an older low handicap senior that still hits the ball well but doesn't quite have the ball speed of their younger years. Good spin, feel, speed, and durability.
