First-class Experience At Golf Galaxy
We had a phenomenal experience at Golf Galaxy thanks to Tom and Molly. Tom was informative, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of buying our first TaylorMade Kalea golf set. He and Skylar even helped unwrap everything and get it looking perfect so it could be presented as a surprise for my wife, which meant a lot to us. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. Molly, the manager, was also extremely sweet and helpful, guiding me through what my wife might need and what to avoid as a beginner golfer, and making a point to introduce herself to my wife when coming back into the store. Overall, this was one of the best retail experiences we’ve had, and they’ve absolutely made Golf Galaxy our go-to store moving forward.
