For golfers looking to maximize speed and forgiveness, the G440 K introduces a new 32-gram adjustable back weight to help achieve PING's straightest and highest-MOI adjustable driver. Golfers experience maximum forgiveness and ball speed retention across the face with the ability to shift the CG by placing the weight in the Neutral, Draw or Fade position to dial in their shot shape.

The G440 K’s back weight is 4g heavier than the G430 MAX 10K fixed back weight (PING’s previous highest-MOI driver). This positions more weight to the perimeter of the driver to increase the MOI, and moves the CG deeper and lower, leading to more ball speed from the faster T9S+ face.

A Dual Carbonfly Wrap and Free-Hosel Technology save weight from the G440 K’s sole (3.5g), crown (1.5g), and hosel region. This saved weight is optimally placed on the perimeter of the driver’s head (including the backweight), positioning the CG lower and deeper for faster ball speed and increasing MOI for added forgiveness. PING’s Free-Hosel technology saves 3g from the heel section and increases flexing for ball-speed retention in that region of the face.

A composite crown bridge and acoustic sole ‘ribs’ attached to the crown and sole of the G440 K improve sound with a more muted and solid impact experience. The ribs damp unwanted vibrations by working to stiffen the crown and sole during impact.

Perfect Driver!

I recently switched to the PING G440 K Driver, and I’ve been very impressed. The forgiveness is outstanding—even on off-center hits, the ball still flies straight with very little loss of distance. It inspires confidence at address, and the sound at impact is solid without being overly loud. The adjustable weighting is a great feature, allowing you to fine-tune ball flight to match your swing. Bought this 2 weeks ago and wow! Bad swings are always gonna pop up but this driver has kept me in play. I did move from the ping tour chrome stiff to the ping chrome tour black stiff shaft (low spin) and has made a huge difference. Best driver I have owned!

New Driver

I've played two rounds with the new G440K and so far it has not disappointed. I'm still finding fairways and when I put a good swing at the ball it might go a little farther than my G430. I'm happy with the purchase and with Dicks trade in program.

Pretty new golfer here. Playing a couple years now. Absolutely hated tee shots. I played a Taylor made R15 older driver. Purchased the 440 max 3 wood and love it. Decided to give the driver a shot. What a difference it has made! I got the 440 k and definitely no regrets. Forgiving is an Under statement. I finally have a little confidence setting up at the tee box. If you’re on the fence just pull the trigger. You won’t be disappointed. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

Great Upgrade

Playing with a very outdated driver, I noticed that my distances were lacking. I was pushing maybe 150 with a very hard swing. After purchasing this driver, it was easy to surpass that distance with less effort. The club is light and swings great. The sound it makes when it hits it pure is great. I would recommend this to someone whos driver is older and holding them back from distances
