Good Design, Terrible Customer Support. Stand By Your Product.

Bought the black and the white bottle. The bottle is overall good, but the lid and paint need work. The paint chips easily on the white bottle. The lid, specifically the button, broke on the black bottle. Tried to do a warranty claim with Owala and they were told they don't cover it due to physical damage. Other reviews have mentioned the same issue with the lid. All they offered was free shipping to buy a replacement lid, only issue is that they have none in stock. I'm stuck with an oversized cup instead of an insulating bottle. Absolute terrible customer service from Owala side as they just use generic AI responses.

Owala Do Better

Used the cup TWO times before the lid broke and won't stay closed. Connect owala after 3 weeks they finally came back accusing me of dropping it and they wouldnt send me a new lid, I could order one and pay shipping which is as much as the lid.

The Best Version They Offer

The sway is by far the best water bottle owala makes. The handle is great for carrying, the lid locks so you don’t have to worry about spills, AND I can stick it in the cup holder of my car. Zero complaints!

Owala Damaged bottom cup

Damaged Cuo

Cup arrived visibly damaged, not sure why they would ship something damaged.

Can’t Beat Owala

Son is really into golf and this is the dream bottle for back to school. Thankfully, Dick’s was one of the few retailers that carried it.

Great no spill water bottle for anyone. My daughter uses it in high school and it fits in her backpack and holds ice all day long. Definitely recommend. Found this one on sale

Love The Colors But I’ve Had Other Brands That Held Ice Longer

Had it about a month and it’s not really the one I want to grab daily
