It's taste more pleasant than other electrolytes, even for no sugar added. The flavor taste better than the other brands. The tablet is bit big and thick, but I used pull cutte to make it smaller to fit into my bottle. It dissolves quickly and smoothly, no residue. This is my new fav electrolyte. It taste diff in a good way

Best Way To Stay Hydrated While Drinking

Great Product

I bought this while training for a half marathon. I would put it in my water I sipped on while running and also had it after my long runs. Also did wonders for me after catching food poisoning during my recovery. Helped a great amount. Will try other flavors next.
