Best investment for my golf game. Many courses are very hilly and tire you out which takes away from you golf experience.

A Wonderful Remote Operated Cart

I’ve played 4 rounds with the MGI Navigator and it’s everything I wanted. I play 2 courses with numerous hills and it performs very nicely both up and down each slope. The remote has fantastic range and is easy to operate. On downhill slopes the cart actually slows itself down! This cart will not only allow me to continue to walk(almost 70 yrs of age)but with the remote I can walk as fast or slow as I want. It may sound crazy but I get a better walking workout with this cart than I did when I was pushing a cart. I will need to get a traditional cart bag as my carry bags legs cause the bag to shift, but the first 4 rounds with the carry bag hasn’t been a bug issue.

I just purchased this a few weeks ago but it makes walking the golf course so much easier! No more struggling to push the cart up the hill on the last hole.

Have played two rounds with my new MGI Navigator Zip and the caddy is going strong! Really easy to control. Can honestly tell My wife that I’m getting exercise on the course!

Nice Compact Cart Makes Walking The Course Easy.

Nice cart with a strong battery and a responsive remote. The cart has a wide range of speeds and the remote range is very far. Plenty of battery life left after 18 holes. Folds up in a compact package for easy transport to the course. My cart bags fits securely on the cart. It is really nice walking the course without the burden of carrying a bag or pushing a cart. On the negative side the plastic pencil holder only lasted one and a half rounds before deforming and no longer holds a pencil. I asked for a warranty replacement from MGI but that part is not covered. You can order a replacement but shipping cost were excessive for a small inexpensive part. Also, it is a narrow cart and there is a learning curve on keeping it from tipping over, the all terrain version would be a better choice if you play a hilly course.

Great Cart

Up front, I did not purchase my cart from Golf Galaxy/Dicks. Instead, I bought through PX at Fort Carson. Also I have not used the cart as yet on the course since I anticipated a learning curve. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the cart’s setup and remote use was a piece of cake. I’ve had no difficulty using the cart in my yard and I’m looking forward to using it on a course. Until then, I’ll use the cart to chase the dog around the yard.

Horrible Customer Service And Parts Availability

Great cart, but new battery is expensive, and not able to get the main wiring harness once warranty expires. I fold up this cart a lot, and main cable that runs through the neck broke, and they do not offer a replacement. You must purchase the entire handle that comes with the harness. Not worth it.

Would have given a five, but when I received my Navigator it had a broken drink holder. The Navigator itself performs flawlessly. I love it!

A Bit Pricey But Worth Every Penny!

I've been using my cart for a little over a month now; not one issue. Easy to use and the battery last long. Set up was a breeze. Charging the battery is simple. I must say it takes some time to get used to the remote and button sensitivity when turning. Have not had one spill yet, even while playing hilly courses. This thing is a course walkers dream. I love that I can take my putter to the green, send the cart to the next tee and park it while standing on the green. Has nine speeds, yet I have only used up to five. Anything more and I would need to sprint after it. Opens and closes with ease. Not worried about the battery life yet (still new), but should the battery die and I need to push it, the free spinning wheel position is available. Overall, I am truly glad I spent the money! Highly recommended!!!

Simple And Fun

It's easy to use and fun to use. Makes walking 18 holes a breeze. I guess that kinda depends on the course too. The battery lasts forever. Folds up easily.

Better Than Expected

I bought the zip navigator about three weeks ago and have used it several times. The battery is lasting way longer than I expected. It’s considerably easier to use than I had anticipated. Overall I’m very pleased with the product and would recommend it highly.
