The Tape Doesn't Stick To

The tape doesn't stick to my skin like other kinetic tape

I honestly didn't think this would help with my knee, but I applied it after hiking one day and left it on for 3 or 4 days. Very helpful. Knee felt stabilized. Will definitely continue to use.

Kt Tape

I have had issues with my foot for some time, between foot doctors appointments, and putting myself back in a walking boot several times, my Chef actually recommended this tape to me and it has helped me more than I could have ever thought. its okay, but you can get the same stuff for much cheaper on Amazon. just get the off-brand stuff.
