The Cotton Strips Are Easier
the cotton strips are easier to come off , they feel a bit stronger and more sturdy especially if doing a heavy workout or doing water aerobics they stick and stay

Helped Eliminate The Plantar Fachitis In My Foot.
This product helped eliminate my Plantar Fachitis. However, it caused a rash on my skin so I couldn’t wear it for more than a day. This cotton KT Tape is significantly less expensive than the synthetic version, but the synthetic version can be worn multiple days without skin irritation for me.

You got it a 6. I’m still learning to put it on correctly, today my PT person put it on for me. I really paid attention. Hopefully, next time, I do a better job. This product is better than any sleeve I’ve tried in the past. I’m putting another order in today. Thank for your a very helpful knee product.

Amazing Product
THESE ARE AMAZING AND HELPED SO MUCH. I WAS HAVING ISSUES WITH WHAT THEY CALL MOUSE ARM WHICH IS WHERE SITTING BEHIND A DESK AND MOUSING USE WILL CAUSE THE TENDONS TO BECOME SORE. BUT, WHEN USING THE STRIPS THEY HELP STRECH THE TENDON AND ARM FEELS MUCH BETTER.

Not So Sticky
I usually buy the target brand but decided to try the original brand since it was on sale. I’m only comparing them because of longevity. I would wear the target brand for 5 days before the edges would start coming off but this KT brand only last 2 days. I did not cut the edges and yet it started to peel. I did feel the tension a bit more on the KT but I would like for it to last longer. Other than that, it was worth the sales price.

Narrower Than Some Tapes I've Used But Workable
I'm rehabbing a knee and needed more tape - I really liked the color options! It's not as wide as the brand I was using, and I wish it came in one long roll as opposed to strips as I feel I waste quite a bit cutting it to the size I need. Very sticky though!
