Wide-mouth Flex Straw Lid

I am disappointed that it is not working as it is supposed to to. My other bottle has perfect suction and I am Struggling with this one. I checked the straw and it is fine so I am thinking the lid is defective. Could I be sent a new one?

Wrong Color Advertised

The listing showed cascade as the color which is a very specific shade of "blue" that I had been looking for. All of the pictures looked like "cascade. " I have a color calibrated monitor so I know my monitor wasn't displaying an incorrect color. However when I received the bottle, it was just regular blue. I was trying to replace a "Cascade" color bottle that I had lost, but this was NOT the correct color as advertised. Very misleading

As someone who doesn’t like to splurge on expensive water bottles, this was my very first Hydroflask ever, and I was super bummed when not even a week after buying it I dented it. I didn’t even drop it, it just fell over sitting on the floor of my car, and it took a chunk of the coating off and left a little dent. Extremely disappointing since I thought they were supposed to be durable and it just tipping over shouldn’t have damaged it like that… Straw does leak a little when you close it (I think it’s just the leftover water that was in the straw—the actual bottle itself doesn’t leak) and likes to spit water out when you open it. Otherwise I love the bottle. It has a great color and it keeps my water cold.

Excellent Insulation, Minor Seal Issue

I recently bought a Hydro Flask, and overall, I'm very satisfied with it. The bottle keeps drinks cold for a long time, feels durable, and has a nice design. My only issue is that the rubber seal in the lid keeps falling out, which can be a bit frustrating when cleaning or using it. Besides that, the Hydro Flask works just as expected and has been a great purchase.

Keeps Beverages Cold But Straw Leaks

Great insulated bottle but water accumulates on the lid and when you close the straw, water spews out. Very frustrating.
