Best Purchase I've Made.
This bottle not only works as described but they stand behind their warranty. They just replaced my bottle for free because after nearly 3 years it lost it's insulating capabilities for whatever reason. But the fact they actually replaced it with nothing more than a few emails and some pictures made the whole process easy. This was my first bottle, I've bought 2 more after I had mine for a week, one for each one of my kids because their bottles does what it says it keeps your water cold and no added flavors. They already had my loyalty, their warranty service just cemented that thrust.

Good Insulation
Great insulation- I just wish that it had a leash or strap connecting the cap to the bottle when you unscrew it, so you dont have to worry about misplacing cap. Heavy, but to be expected

Doesn’t Keep Water Cold
This is my fourth hydro flask, I’ve used them for years, and although it looks the same as all the others it no longer keeps water cold the way my previous three did. Cold water is room temp within an hour or two. Ice melts in a couple of hours whereas I’d still have ice in the bottle the next day with the others. I bought my husband the 21oz version and his is the same, no longer keeps liquid cold. I’ve loved this product for years but I’ll never buy another. With so many competitors on the market now that actually keep your beverage cold, look elsewhere. This one no longer does what it advertises unfortunately.
