I love the Honey Stinger Energy waffles. I only eat organic so that's the first plus. 2nd they're easily and quickly digested so they're good for a quick snack and hour before a run and I like to eat one after a particularly hard workout along with my protein to help protein absorption. I don't personally need to fuel during runs but these would work for that as well.
