Been using these for my son’s active athletic lifestyle and as mentioned, they are used by college and pro athletes. He likes the taste and feels that they help get him through the strenuous workouts as an 11 year old. I stick with the non-caffeine due to his age and would also suggest the waffle and liquid version of the product
