Plastic Gold Shoes! Really?!

I'm not paying $120 for plastic gold shoes. I mean seriously FootJoy?! I loved my old pair of FJ golf shoes. They lasted 10 years before the sole fell off. I immediately bought a new pair of FJ and they send me plastic shoes? I'm returning them tomorrow.

Ouch!

I had a pair of Footjoy's that I REALLY loved. Wore them for what seems like forever. So I want back to footJoy expecting the same type of shoe. I bought these and have worn them twice. So far I like the snugness, the performance and the looks. However, the spikes inserts feel like they are are coming through the soles driving into my feet. I the first time I admit the ground was hard due to the drought. however the second time I wore them (1 week later) the ground was soft and I still feel the. spike inserts. Because of this at this time I would not recommend these. If for some reason this is a breaking in process. I will come back and change this review if it is possible to do that.

The Best

5 stars for now, wore them for the first time 9/2/26, very light, comfortable and stable. The ground and weather was dry so I can't comment on the waterproof aspect. I've found Footjoys run 1/2 size too big for me, I wear 11s in all other shoes except Footjoys and all four pairs of mine are 10.5. HAPPY GOLFING 😁

Good Looking Shoes

I golf in the sneakers. I like them because they are casual, comfortable and attractive. They run 1/2 size large for me. For you I can't say. I prefer my shoes to fit snug.

Comfortable But Make Noise.

I have bought the same shoe for the last 5 years because its one of the only manufacturers that offer Quad E width. The 1st and only round I have used this new pair, I was in a sand trap with a VERY bad lie and couldn't get good footing. After finally hitting out, my left shoe started squeaking (yes squeaking). I haven't tried to return them yet. Hopefully I can exchange them.

Comfortable Golf Shoes

This is my second pair of these golf shoes. I have extra wide feet and these are so comfortable. I would definitely recommend them!

True to size. Fit perfectly. Cost was comparable to other companies. Delivered quickly.

Makes Weird Sound When Walking

Not sure if it is the synthetic leather or what is the reason but it makes a loud sound when I walk in them. Almost like I am wearing flip flops. Fix that issue and I love this shoe. It fits my XW fit unlike other FJ shoes. I ordered a .5 size smaller than regular gym shoe XW shoe. Some FJ XW I think I should have gone up a half to a full size to get the width right.
