Used For Pull-up Assistance
These helped me out in two ways. The difference in unassisted is noticeable, but with these, you still need to try, so I feel a workout when used.
My size is 6ft, 185lbs and I generally just use one foot in the band and extend all the way down and back up.
This goes without saying, but only use this with sneakers on. When stretched, you risk it slipping off a bare foot or socked foot. Don't take a giant rubber band to the crotch. Learn from from YouTube "fail" videos, not the hard way.
