Not Impressed.
I was looking for anything beside an orthopedic shoe or insert to help with my Plantar Fasciitis. These socks didn’t help me at all. They were just regular socks. Please see a doctor, see a physical therapist and take care of your feet.
These socks are not a magic bullet cure all.

Comfortable Work Day
I bought a pair of these a month ago as a test, and have bought a second pair since. I work construction having to wear work boots daily long hours and these have made it possible for me to make it comfortably through the day. I also now wear them daily with my tennis shoes or dress shoes eliminating most all foot pain.

I do not wear these while running or working out but I have found that wearing them for even a couple of hours in the evening, before bed, have helped a lot for my sore feet to recovery from a long run or other exercise.
