They Sent Me A Cover For The Brand New Golf Club (Callaway Hybrid) That Already Falling Apart!!! :-(

I ordered a new Callaway hybrid golf club and they sent me a cover that it was falling apart already. I ordered a brand new golf club!! Anyway, I contacted the customer service and they told me they won’t send me a new cover but ask me to bring it to the store and ask for a replacement. I didn’t want to drive 30mins+ to drive up to the store wasting my gas and time when it is not my fault that I received a club cover that it was falling apart as you can see in the photo. They refused to resend me the cover. I was so disappointed.
