Each used club is carefully inspected by our in-store teammates and assigned a condition rating based on its overall wear and performance.
Excellent - Clubs rated as Excellent have seen very little play, typically under 10 rounds, and remain in top-tier used condition. Wear is minimal, with only light, cosmetic marks
Good - Good condition clubs have been used regularly but maintained with care. Signs of play are in line with the club’s age, entirely cosmetic, and do not affect performance.
Fair - Fair condition clubs have been played extensively but remain fully functional. All signs of wear are cosmetic only, making them a smart choice for golfers seeking performance at a lower price.
Used Club Exchange Policy: Seven-day exchange only policy on pre-owned clubs returned in the same condition as sold. Customers must present original sales receipt for all exchanges. Pre-owned clubs returned in a condition different than sold may be accepted on trade, subject to standard pricing and policies. All exchanges are subject to Golf Galaxy approval. Golf Galaxy reserves the right to refuse any exchange or trade.

The G440 MAX is the most forgiving model in the G440 lineup and fits most golfers; available in 9°, 10.5° and 12° lofts with a three-position adjustable back weight.
Free-Hosel Technology
Weight removed from a section of the hosel is re-allocated to help push mass lower to create PING’s deepest center of gravity in a driver to date, aligning it closer to the force line for faster ball speed, optimal spin and higher launch for longer and straighter drives.
Hotter, Thinner Face
A lower face height allowed PING to make the face both thinner and hotter for more ball speed and consistency across the clubface, including the high heel region.
Lighter Overall, Longer Shaft Length
The total system weight is reduced by 10 grams and the standard length of PING's proprietary ALTA CB Blue shaft is 46" (1/4" longer than the previous model) to help golfers swing faster for more speed while maintaining a tight dispersion pattern. The standard length is 45.50" for the PING Tour 2.0 (Chrome and Black) and stock aftermarket options (Project X Denali Red and Mitsubishi Tensei 1K Black).
CarbonFly Wrap Crown
Common to all three models (MAX, LST, SFT), the CarbonFly Wrap crown saves weight, which is re-allocated to help lower the CG, ensure forgiveness and contribute to a more muted, pleasing sound at impact.
Heavier 3-Position Adjustable Back Weight
A 29-gram back weight in the MAX and LST models ensures forgiveness and can be adjusted into draw, fade or neutral position to influence shot shape and trajectory.
Trajectory Tuning 2.0 Adjustable Hosel
The lightweight, 8-position hosel enables adjustments for loft (±1.5°) and lie (up to 3° flatter than std.) to further dial in ball flight for the best results.
