A Bit Intense At First But You Get Used To It
The foam is very dense and can be slightly painful when first using this roller, however as you use it more either the foam softens a bit, or your muscles get used to it and it feels amazing

Good For Deep Massage
I bought this to replace a similar roller at my gym, which is now closed during the coronavirus pandemic. I have a tight hamstring and using a roller is beneficial. This roller was expensive, but it has been worth having it at home. It is good for a deep massage.

Good Product
While I can’t offer a thorough review, it seems to work. I bought this roller to loosen my hamstring and quads after bike rides. I’ve had some success, though I haven’t had it long enough to be totally sure. The initial review is very positive
