Zero f&$@!? stars. Charged for several hours, still shows 0% battery and won’t turn on. Are you serious!? How can it be legal for you to sell this?

Out Of Box Failure- Battery Would Not Hold Charge. Device Never Powered On

Hoping to have this resolved soon. It's been 2 weeks since I returned my Elite. It never powered on. I plugged it into the charger and saw it charging (much slower than the expected time for full charge). Once I disconnected it to from the charger, the battery immediately drained. I would plug it back in and see it start charging from 0% again.

So Very, Very Helpful

I play tennis three times a week and lift moderate weights with lots of squats three times a week. My lower back has always nagged at me but I thought I’d finally quieted it down with lots of sit-ups. Twisting moves at tennis aggravated it badly and I couldn’t shake the tightness & pain over several weeks. After my wife used the Elite on my lower back for three or four minutes the first time the muscles eased up dramatically. I hadn’t felt that much relief in a couple months. I now use it a few hours after tennis each time and those muscles relax and release. I’ve even been able to reach back there myself because of the innovative design of the device and work on either side of the spine. I’m a believer! So helpful. So easy. So much relief. Worth every penny. Wish I would have found it a long time ago. At 65 recovery gets more complicated. The Therabody Elite helps remove those “complications”.
