Not enough people give foam rolling the importance that they should. Including this in my routine has help relieve muscle soreness

Alright people... foam rolling is SO important for when you work out often, it's a mandatory thing in my schedule. I love this foam roller and so glad I spent the money on this, it's worth it.

I love this foam roller. I never understood the big deal about foam rolling, until I bought this one. Honestly it's durable and does a great job loosening up my stiff running legs and hips!

Love the foam roller, use it for stretching out my IT Band. Make sure you use it correctly, very painful when stretching out calves, outer thigh and hip area. You must go slow and use your body weight to roll the foam roller. Use it daily and it really makes a difference.

I used one of these briefly in PT so I picked one up to use at home. Holy moly, I did too much too soon! My back killed me for days after using this... but it was my fault! I should have done on,y one exercise and worked up to more.

Great for soreness and the Lactic acid in your legs or arms after a workout! I use is everyday.
