Great For Stretching

These bands are long enough for both my wife (5'2") and myself (6') to use them with no issues. They are very durable and thick enough that they don't fold easily like the cheaper brands.

Just What The Doctor Ordered

Though I am a physician, I am somewhat of a physician skeptic. I had a relatively severe shoulder dislocation and rotator cuff injury in college many years ago. The shoulder has never been the same, but "tolerable". It had been getting worse over the past. year with significant pain, particularly with certain movements. I saw the orthopedic surgeon who recommended shoulder "re-hab" (physical therapy) and I was very doubtful that this would help. I read the literature that they provided me, got a set of resistance bands and started doing the exercises several times a week, as instructed. Much to my surprise and delight, my shoulder pain got much better along with my flexibility and functionality. I can now do exercises that I was incapable of doing two months ago with minimal to no pain. I was not looking forward to surgery and glad that I was able to avoid it.

Just What I Needed...

My doctor recommended light resistance exercises for my aching shoulders, so I bought these flexibility bands. They come in three weights - light, medium, heavy - and provide just the right amount of resistance to lightly work my shoulders and reduce pain. One month in and I feel so much better.

Versatile And Great For Travel

First road trip since purchasing the bands. Able to some strength and flexibility exercises while on the road.

Not What I Expected

I bought the item and one of the bands snapped after newly purchasing it and on my 3nd try I had it on a pole away from my body and it snapped back and hit my chest it left a red mark...it was awesome the first time around I do not believe at least the one I had was an excellent product total waste of money and not worth the pain thank God it didn’t hit my face! Next time I rather just invest in a pulley and cables maybe wouldn’t hurt as much.

Forced To Buy Product I Did Not Need

I needed the medium strength band, BUT had to buy a package with 3 different strength bands, as the individual band were not available.

I Love These Bands

I have been using these bands for the last 3 years. They are great for toning up quickly and they have lasted me a year. A tip make sure to use while wearing socks and or proper work out shoes that keeps them lasting longer too with proper care. I recommend trying these bands to everyone especially if you are a beginner.

Helping Strengthen My Shouders

I needed to strengthen my shoulders and it seems to be helping. Most of the pain is gone.

Not What I Hoped

I bought these with the hopes of finding a lot of use, but the bands are much shorter than I anticipated. I do not find the exercises on the package and in the small pamphlet suitable for someone my height. I am 6' tall. My final issue is with the smell. Expect your hands to have the smell of the bands for a while. Even after multiple washings, the smell was still apparent.
