False Advertising?

I bought this product a few days ago and it came with a coupon for a free lockport by going online and entering the promo code. I went online and could not find anywhere to enter the code, I asked the chatbot about it and it said there was no such product available. I don't know of anything else to do about it.

Love My Yeti, But Ice Retention Could Be Better

I absolutely love my YETI cooler! I love the quality, durability, and overall design. My only disappointment is that the ice seems to melt much faster than I expected, especially considering YETI’s reputation for ice retention. I was hoping it would keep ice frozen for a longer period of time. Other than that, I’ve been very happy with the cooler!

Strap constantly falls on and off because of design shortcomings. Not recommended on a rugged job site, for example working at heights and elevation.

Yeti For The Win

Good size lightweight tips over easily in the back of my car. I bought it to buy cold groceries to bring home. Keep some cold after a long day.

Would love to see a smaller cooler this size with wheels. I think it would be a perfect balance for the short outtings to the park. I don’t always want to carry but I also don’t always want to bring the large cooler with wheels.
