I first purchased this hat in black. I also tried the deeper/taller versions, but this fit closest to a traditional “baseball” style for my head without a huge crown. I love it. It’s the perfect hat… has enough structure to not droop like a “dad” hat so it doesn’t look slubby. The bill has just enough curve and you can bend it any-which way and it will just go right back to the original form. And it’s so comfortable (both the material itself and how breathable it is for a big sweater). It’s truly a structural marvel, I’d guess 3d knit into its shape.
HOWEVER, here’s where I get frustrated. I love this black version so much I went ahead and ordered every other color. Seriously. But much to my dismay, almost all the other colors have two distinct extra or more angled “folds” in the bill. Ironically, you can only see it in the product images of the Black version (first image). You can’t see it in the other colors—- but all the other colors have these two “fold lines.” Now they aren’t dramatic, but they’re definitely noticeable. And not only do I not like the look because I want a smooth curve/arc of the bill, but it increases the curve of the bill too much to where it contacts the temples of my sunglasses, which hate. Fix this issue (I don’t know if the black version is a new way or method of knitting the hat or an old way—which I really hope not!) and I will happily buy 2 of every color and be a satisfied customer, ever evangelizing this hat to anyone that sees me wearing it. I guess until then I’ll just have to guard this perfect version I got lucky with.

Very Comfortable
Sits too high for me (& this is supposed to be the "Low" version, but still very comfortable. Not sure how tough they are yet, I haven't worn one long enough yet since I bought 3 in 3 different colors. My only complaint is that they don't make them in pink, so I can't buy my wife one...
