Nice Midsize Ball

Good For Hard To Reach Spots
I got this to get into smaller areas that you can't get good pressure with a roller. It is firmer than the orange ball, which is good for legs. If you are using on your back or more sensitive areas, you may want the softer orange one. If you are putting your weight on it, get this one--the orange one will flatten too much.
