Does What It Claims

Tore a deltoid and partial rotator cuff using g this has been most effective thing I’ve found for pain relief and in helping to heal more wuickly

Seemed Like It Was Used. Not New.

The machine had scuff marks on it. Very loud. Almost like something was loose. The box was also all dinged up and scratched, inside of another box with cushion. So it came off as used to me. Not pleased. Needed it for Christmas so didn’t feel like returning.
