Excellent Clubs, Would Purchase Again.

Played over 150 rounds with this clubs as a replacement for my M2's and and I could not be happier. I should have purchased the Lob Wedge also. I went with 4-SW.

Great Clubs But Strong Lofted

I have two sets of these, both with the blue ventus shafts.. They are much better than the Callaway Mavricks (now given to my step son) and the Taylormade M6s (now given to my son). They really do have that forged feel like my Ben Hogans. I would rank these higher but I’m not a fan of the strong lofts. The 6i is really a 5i. The 7i is really a 6i etc. TaylorMade should bring these back into production with regular lofts and call them Sim OG or something.

Distance And Feel Like No Other!

Second year playing with the Sim Max 2 irons and Driver. These irons are the longest clubs I have ever played hands down! I added 20 yards to every Iron I hit.

Love The 8 Iron

I have used these now for a year Have improved my game immensely without any lessons Thank you for a nice product for 18+ handy cap

Forgiveness Is Next Level

Love it, bought is, forgiving and perfect, great club, love the os version, looks good, and when you hit it pure, theres no match, it feels better than my previous mizuno set when hit pure

Excellent Feeling And Forgiving Irons

My irons are 1 year old and they look just like they did the day I unboxed them except for some very minor scratches on the bottom. This is to be expected after playing 3 rounds a week and countless practice sessions for for a year.

Upgraded to these from the TM RBZ and couldn’t be happier, ball flight is awesome. When you connect, it’s as smooth as butter. Definitely a great game improvement iron set.

Crazy Distance, Strange Feel

I picked these up from a buddy moving Across the country at an absolute steal. Coming from the old ping g10s I found they’re very different. Definitely get more distance then My 2010 pings so if you’re after distance and using older irons they deliver in comparison. I’m only 5’5 and my pings being orange dot were designed with an angle for a shorter golfer. I do wish other companies like Taylor made would include this option. Even though my pings were about the same length these just felt uncomfortable at first so I cut about an inch off and found them to be much more comfortable. Even an inch shorter they hit 10-15 yards longer then my old pings. Even with the added distance to me they just aren’t as comfortable as my pings. At first I thought I just needed to get used to them but now that I’ve had them a couple years they still just don’t inspire confidence the way my pings did. I think the biggest difference is the fact that they’re so thin. I just really feel like when you don’t make perfect contact you feel it it the hands a bit more. So when you’re not hitting that sweet spot you really feel it all the way up to the wrists. I feel this way particularly with some of the lower lofts 4 5 and 6. Thing is 7,8,9 And wedges are just so perfect. Hitting a 7 iron 175 is huge for me. The pings would only go 155. So I’m conflicted. I love these just usually leave the lower loft irons in the bag and opt for a hybrid. I’d definitely say you want to swing these before you buy. They have a completely different feel then other irons I’ve used. Also side note. I play a lot of golf. Usually once a week. Even though I’ve only had them 2 years they have a fair amount of visible scratches and nicks. Not enough to affect performance just cosmetics.

Sim Max Irons

I bought a set of SIM Max Irons about a month ago to modernize my 25 year old clubs. Based on my previous7-Iron of 140 yards, I went with the Senior Graphite Shafts; I'm 64 and a 23 handicap. With these clubs, I just have to convince myself to swing easier, as they go straighter & longer. My stock 7-Iron distance is now 155; I could not be happier! Really like the grips, feel, & feedback on shots. With these clubs & some practice, I have no doubts I'll be a bogey golfer in the next few months.

Strongly Recommended

I gave up all my irons a few years ago, but decided to try irons again. After three rounds of returning to the SIM MAX, I'm very glad I did. These irons are great.

Irons Are Measured Too Long

I bought these irons from the website. As noted by other reviewers, the irons measure long and I am needing to choke up to hit these clubs. I decided to use my old irons instead of dealing this issue past year. Would love to have this issue resolved if able.

Great Features

Although i have only played 1 round with them....I compared the specs on this set to my current set. I found that the lofts are 1-1/2 degrees stronger and the kick point of the shafts are mid points which is exactly what I needed because I have always have difficulty hitting the ball too high.
