Surprising

Not generally a fan of resistance bands. But these held up well and got the job done (light exercise at stationary desk job). Do recommend.

Solid Band Set For Pt Use

Bought to assist with at home shoulder and hip PT strengthening. Quality bands but potentially a bit too narrow for some and cannot be adjusted. Compared to other Thera bands I’ve used in the past they do seem a bit stronger and harder but may loosen with time. The yellow in particular is where I noticed the most disparities.
