Milk & Cookies and Golden Cookie are insane.Shakes, in Greek yogurt, and ninja creamis are so dang good. Digests easy and the texture of the little cookie pieces are awesome. These are staples for me.

Flavor Let Down

Our very big fan of the chocolate brownie flavor. But when it comes to the lemon cake or the Frenchie cookie, I could not be more disappointed. I really wanted to like those flavors because they sounded so good, but once mixed with a protein shaker of water, they just taste bland and like any other generic protein.

Loved this protein powder! At first the marshmallows and chocolate chunks made me feel like it didn’t mix well. After a couple of shakes I’ve grown to love that part about this particular flavor. I found this Protein Powder through a personal trainer who really helped me get back in shape after 50! I love how it mixes/blends so easily with just water and still tastes so great. I've tried a few flavors, but the Fudge Brownie is my mainstay.

Good Taste

I used to love the mint chocolate chip flavor. But they recently change the flavor a bit and it just doesn’t hit the same as for the flavor. But the protein is great, still tastes good, mixes easy and is easy on the stomach.
