Pre-wrap Foam Tape
Had to pick some of this up for pre-wrapping my daughter’s ankle during a soccer as it should be called football training camp. She had rolled her ankle and needed a little bit of extra support to get through the remainder of the week. My O is prefer to put this down first before putting the athletic cotton tape over it. Makes for a great base and added comfort. Great product many colors to choose from.
