Disappointed
I bought this in-store and believe it is defective. It has 3 settings. It will work properly on the first setting, but makes a clicking noise and does not produce much cooling air at all. When I go to the 2nd and 3rd setting it cuts out on one side and still does not produce much air. It did not hold a charge long at all. It was fine around my neck, but and my hair got caught in it. It also has a very short USB charger with no brick.

This fan was a wasted purchase. The battery life is terrible. For $20, it should be better. It doesnt fully charge no matter how long I charge it.

Could Be Quieter
I bought this neck fan about a month ago, and it's just ok. Should have been made to run quieter and doesn't blow out very hard or cold either one. This fan was a waste off money for what it cost.

Really Bad
Bought 3 of these in preparation for a hot day at a concert, all 3 were fully charged but we’re out in about 20 minutes. Barely felt any breeze. Total junk. Should have known $20 would mean a return trip to the store.

Just Ok
I charged the fan fully for the first time before I used it. Took it to my son’s ball game and turned it on for about 5 minutes and then it died. Not helpful in the heat if that’s all it’s going to last. I ended up returning it.
