This is not about the product. Ping is 10/10. Best company and customer service. The i59's are amazing. Ive had this set before these irons are great. This review pertains to the product I received from dicks. Other review is correct. Disregard this sale price and go to global golf for value condition i59's. Will be in better condition clubs. Wrong set (no arcos grip) Came in extremely large box with no inside padding. Dicks customer service said they could not replace them (last set). Not returnable due to being used even though I did not use them (came damaged and used like the other review here states). Scratched faces, bent furrels (possibly bent shafts) Not the correct set. No arcos grip. Reached out to manufacturer (ping) for clarification and was told this is not acceptable for a new set. Furrels damaged, serial number faded, scratched. I purchase the extra stiff version with "arcos grips" as they were heavily discounted. I will never be purchasing from Dick's for golf equipment. Online purchases are shipped in the worst packaging I have ever seen. Over the past 3 months I have received iron sets, drivers, putters, and hats shipped in huge (60x12x12) boxes with NO internal padding. Keep in mind the woods and putters are not shipped with headcovers on them headcovers have been thrown in the bottom. Imagine these clubs in these boxes. Yes they come completely destroyed, scratched, horrible shape. Boxes get destroyed and I have received multiple orders with holes in boxes and clubs missing due to this belligerent packaging. Now dicks says not refundable as "items were used".....no these items were never used by the customer, they were mispackaging and destroyed in shipping. I advise you take pictures of every purchase in case you need to contact the credit card company. Until the exchanges that are shipping practices, I will not buy from them anymore.
