Good Distance With Forgiveness

The Perfect Hybrid

The club feels like an extension of my arm. The balance is exceptional and the sweetspot is large and forgiving. Perfect for laying up on short par 4s but also capable of taking on aggressive pin placement anywhere on the course.

The club is great, but I will not be buying any more golf clubs from Dick‘s. They refuse to put the value purchase towards the rewards points saying that ping clubs are exempt from rewards points.

Didn’t Work For Me

I had high expectations for the hybrids, I bought a 3,4, and 5, without hitting them first, my mistake, they were very unforgiving and difficult to play. I have the G430 irons and driver that are great, love them, the hybrids however just didn’t work for me.

Ping G430 Hybrids Are Fabulous!

Have had the Ping G hybrids since they came and loved how well they felt, their accuracy, and distance were fantastic. This winter it was time to try a newer model and went with the G430 hybrids - wow, these are better by a lot in every category. Bought the 4,5,6 and for me I found the Aldila 85H - R NXTGEN MLT shaft works beautifully in these clubs. Excited!

Awesome Club

First time trying a hybrid and wish i had done it sooner. Originally i hoped to fill a gap between my driver and 5 iron, but now i look at the club as an ultimate utility club and is more dependable than my 5, but will more consistent distance and much better out of a deep lie.
