Looks Can Be Deceiving

This IS a great looking bag, and the numerous storage compartments are well laid out. However, the club tangle is so annoying that I will be replacing it soon. My grips take a real beating and I only carry 12 clubs. They still hang up. My next bag will have a carry handle. I like Ping products a lot, just not this bag.

Hoofer 14

Been using the hoofer 14 (replacing the traverse) so it is easier to carry. And less noise from carrying due to its 14 divider. ISSUE #1: the 14 way divider makes the clubs stuck when pulling out or in. Specially with my grips (Jumbo). This is becoming annoying to the point I would have preferred less divisions. Can't Ping have the hoofer 14 pockets but a 7 way divider?

Worst Ping Bag I've Used

I sold my old Ping hoofer 14 bag which I loved to buy this one. I don't know why they decided to remove the plastic handle in front of the bag in favor of a slit of cloth under the front top pocket. Now its nearly impossible to carry the bag from the front, I have to always use the top plastic handle. Secondly, my clubs constantly get stuck. Selling this bag to get something else. Stay away

Best In Class - Great Bag For The Rider And Range Guy!

Fits my lifestyle: great cart integration, balanced carry, top-tier storage, and a nostalgic 90s colorway. If occasional club binding isn’t a deal-breaker — the PING Hoofer 14 stands out as a durable, comfortable, and stylish companion on the course, whether on foot or cart. Nobody does carry straps better than PING and the balance is great - sits well and comfortable on your back. Overall looking forward to having this one around for a while!

Very Good, But With With Two Dislikes

I just bought this bag and I’m not having any problem with Club jamming. My two dislikes are that the bag does not have a hook on the left side to put towels, etc. on as it does on the right The second problem is you can’t take the straps off. I keep it on my cart.
