The only thing I discovered is that if you use bottle water, it taste better and more like a milkshake. Otherwise I feel like the extra weight is coming on and will help with me adding weight on to turn into muscle or use it for a solid dad-bod.

Optimum Nutrition is a very reputable brand in the bodybuilding/sport nutrition space. I have used their products before and know that they are made with quality ingredients designed for building muscle. I prefer to mix this powder with milk, because I like the consistency & taste better than water, but if you are lactose intolerant or don't have milk available, water will do just fine. I used a blender bottle and it mixes well with just shaking. This product is great to drink after a workout to feed your muscles with quality protein to maximize your muscle gain after a workout. This powder can also be used in smoothies or cooking. It is high in calories compared to a normal whey protein, and is meant for building mass, as opposed to a low calorie protein for lean muscles, so it's great for a meal replacement to give your body plenty of protein and calories for energy.

I love this stuff. It mixes well and doesn’t feel too clumpy like a lot of powders. The taste is above average when compared to other similar products. I don’t feel overly bloated either. Overall I’d recommend this!

I've tried quite a few different protein powders and some of them are terrible! Serious Mass is not one of them. It has a great taste to it and does what it's supposed to. I definitely recommend it!!!

I am a 5’9 male and I’ve always struggled with putting on weight. I started with 1 scoop a day and later went in to 2 scoops. This product seem to work good. Mind that the benefits depend a lot on you general lifestyle, other good intake, exercises, etc. Just this supplement in not going to cut it. But if you pair it with the right amount and quality of sleep, stress, exercise, you will definitely do better results.
