Does Exactly What It Should

I love that I don't have to worry about getting powder all over the place. The capsules make it easy to take and be consistent with. That ease of use worked well for me. I keep it in the car so I can take it in the morning on my way to work. Creatine is not just for athletes and it has incredible benefits for cognitive function.
