Only been using for about a month, but the vanilla milkshakes flavor is super good. I usually mix it with some greek yogurt for a quick breakfast. I have also used it in smoothies and it never comes out clumpy. This product can be for beginners or experts. I am just getting into the gym and it has been a great source of protein.

Small size for your carry on gym baggie. It fits in a small backpack too. It’s easy to mix. The scoop is big though. And the powder smells like vanilla milk. It’s packed neatly. There is a milky taste to it. I don’t mind it. I felt full afterwards. Love how it dissolved in my blender bottle.

I’ve been testing this vanilla ice cream flavored whey isolate and feel pretty mixed about it. The flavor is fine and smoother in milk or smoothies, but with water it tastes a bit thin and slightly artificial to me. It mixes fairly well, though I still notice some foam and occasional clumps if I rush. It feels lighter than regular whey, which I like, but it’s also less creamy than other vanilla proteins I’ve tried. It works and feels clean, just not something I really look forward to drinking.
