I Got A Demo Putter With Clear Look Of Usage!
The product page didn't say it's a demo putter that they were trying to sell you. The reality is that they shipped me a demo putter with clear look of usage. The putter face is smudged , the grip is not clean. It's definitely not a new putter. After struggling with their online customer service, they tell me that I need to bring the putter to the local store in order to validate that it IS a demo putter. What kind of customer service is that? To not believe your customer's explanation? I'm returning it. It's totally waste of time.
