Odyssey’s new line of S2S TRI-HOT putters is a revolution in the “Zero Torque” category. Using multi-material construction, Odyssey was able to move the CG of these putters far enough forward to get the shaft entering the head on the topline eliminating the need for shaft lean and thus eliminating one of the biggest barriers to entry for this style of putter.


Forward CG and Hosel Position

  • By moving the CG forward Odyssey was able to position the hosel spud on the topline, much closer to the face than typical “Zero Torque” putters for a more natural, intuitive and comfortable set up position.

Multi-Material Construction

  • By strategically using Aluminum, Steel, and over 140 grams of tungsten, Odyssey was able to design a “Zero Torque” putter with more than 80% of it’s weight under the topline and allowing for the forward CG and hosel position.

Ai-DUAL Insert

  • Designed using Artificial Intelligence, this dual-layer urethane insert has a soft outer layer and a firm inner layer delivering not only consistent ball speed across the face, but also enhanced forward roll up and down the face and amazing feel.

New FRD Groove

  • This new Forward Roll Design Groove is deeper and more aggressive. With a 19° slope it works in conjunction with the dual layer design to improve forward roll up and down the face.

New Pistol Plus Grip

  • Odyssey surveyed the most popular grips used on Tours around the world and looked for commonalities and opportunities to improve on those designs. The result is a mid-sized pistol grip with crisp edges that allow it to fit comfortably in your hands and give you a better awareness of where the putter face is throughout your stroke.

Black SL 120 Shaft

  • Developed on tour, this new black PVD shaft is heavier and stiffer than the SL 90 and ideally suite for this style of putter.

Best Zero Torque Putter

I hate leaving reviews but this putter is worth it. Pure roll, tight line and holds, and great sound. My only concern is durability, but oh well. It gives me so much confidence from 10 feet.

Life Changing

Prefacing this - I’m a 9 HC from a 22 that’s been playing regularly for 3 years. Take this for what it is. I do understand it’s the person more than the tool, but I’ve been on a quest for a good fit for a long time. Kinda like Monty Python searching for the Grail. Bought on a whim a few months back. First time I used it I wasn’t impressed, but I was also in a Lab putter phase. I had purchased a ridiculous amount of putters in 3 years (Link, Mezz, Oz, TM Spider X, TM Spider Proto, Cleveland HB, Scotty Cameron Phantom, Scotty Cameron Newport 2, Ping x 3, and a beautiful Toulon Austin that was my 2nd favorite) and was about to pull the trigger on a DF-3 when I decided to give this one another shot. Been using for 3 months now and I’m averaging around 29-30 putts per (Low 26 - High 34) round which is down from 33 putts a round. Same courses, same stroke, etc. Great putter - 10/10 highly recommend

Best Putter I've Ever Held!

I have been looking for a new putter for over a year now and I have tried everything on the market. I really wanted to like the LAB DF3 but just can't get over the shaft lean. It just feels very unnatural to me. And I've never putted well enough with it in practice but went into the store the other day to purchase one and figured I'd get used to it. Well when I got there I decided to go back through the gambit of all the top putters and try them all. I had mixed emotions about spending so much money on the LAB but when I tell you the second I picked this putter up I knew I had to have it. Unreal. I have never picked up a club in all my years and instantly knew I had to have it. Seriously the feel, the balance, the looks, the confidence it inspires for me is unreal. Even the new grip is insane. Never have I ever gotten excited over a putter grip before this one. Just feels perfect. With my old putter I was always changing my grip postion because it just never felt natural. With this grip It locks me in to one position everytime. Which is only going to lead to more consistency. One of the biggest things I love about this putter is when I relax my grip behind the ball the face squares up naturally. Crazy awesome. I know there are many putters on the market attempted to achieve the same thing but with the shaft being so far forward the others just can't compare. I would have expected to practice for months before seeing a noticeable improvement over my current gamer but the difference was instant. The face feels very soft compared to my current putter and I would have thought that would equal less feel and distance control but it just rolls so pure and distance has been perfect. I've had it a week and I've already played two rounds with it and practiced a tone at home and my putting has been unreal. With my old putter I would hit puts and instantly knew it wasnt going in but with this thing almost all my puts feel like they have a chance. So excited to get out there and find those greens!

Zero Torque, Zero Shaft Lean, Legendary #7

Line: Crosshairs make it really easy on top of the legendary #7 fangs. Address with zero shaft lean is much more comfortable than previous shaft lean zero-torque iterations. One piece shaft is great compared to the old bi-matrix that risked breaking at the material junction. Forgiveness: Extra thick urethane insert is a step up from the usual white-hot, ball speed is consistent across the insert. Classic zero-torque meshes well with minimal arc, straight in straight out stroke, face stays very very straight without any effort. All you have to do is read the break

Huge Improvement Over Other Zero-torque Putters

I have tried the original S2S putter and the Tri-Hot is huge improvement. Odyssey brought the hosel forward, so the putter looks much better and there is no forward press needed. I'm a big fan of the new insert, which is softer and has helped me a ton with my distance control. I struggle with shorter putts and #7 has helped me putt with confidence.

Simply The Best

I have bought and used many brand and shaft setup putters, but this one is by far the Best. The centered shaft and balance throughout the swing is so perfect. 6’ to 8’ putts roll in like they are 2’ in range. Lagging putts is so comfortable and easy to control. The topspin is automatic, so the putts roll so true. It’s a very expensive putter, but the putting improvement in my game made it a great choice.
