Odyssey Chipper

About This Item

The latest Chipper is Odyssey's best one yet. For those that struggle with those short shots around the geens, this could very well be the answer to better chips, more up and downs and lower scores.

New Hybrid Shape

  • This updated shape is more hybrid like in order to inspire more confidence

Step Sole Design

  • Modeled after soles Odyssey has had in the recent UW and Fairway Wood designs, this step sole reduces the amount of sole that contacts the ground for better turf interaction and cleaner contact.

Polymer Face Insert

  • This insert frames the ball at address and delivers a soft feel with durable grooves.

Longer Grip

  • The longer grip design allows you to grip the chipper at different lengths for different types of shots from different types of lies.

Cycling for fun

A Must Addition

Small learning curve for me but without a doubt it gas shaved strokes off my round

Needs Getting Used To

I haven't gotten used to it yet. With the short shaft, and heavy head, so far, I am very inconsistent with it.

Beyond The Chips

I have really enjoyed the chipper. I have struggled with wedges since beginning my golf journey a couple of summers ago. This has become my go to anywhere around the green. I’ve even used it a little unconventionally and have had great results (once hit it 100 yards on a par 3 off the tee). I’ve even used it in a green side bunker and it worked really well). Honestly, it’s evolved into a versatile club that somehow pulls me out of some weird lies. Highly satisfied with it!

So Easy Once You Get Used To It.

It’s taking me a hot second to get used to but it’s performing perfectly. Leaving me short putts and I almost chipped on in today. Great club if your a weekend duffer you should think about picking one up!

Great Short Game Club

I am a senior golfer and have to depend on my ability to get up and down in order to make par. This chipper is a great club to have in my bag. I use it in all types of short game situations.

All Chips, No Chirps

Only had 13 clubs in my bag and got roasted by my buddies - till I started hitting 90% to within ~7 feet

Love This Club

I have only been playing gold for 3 - 4 months and I struggle with my pitching wedge. This chipper has definitely improved my game. I still need work on distance control but this club has certainly helped.

An Improvement From An Older Odyssey Chipper

I had an older Odyssey chipper and was excited to see a new model come out. The wider sole runs through deeper grass with ease. It feels slightly heavier than my old chipper and that has improved how smooth my strokes are with the new chipper. Unfortunately a shoulder surgery ended my season prematurely. As such I can’t give a better review.

Greens Slayer

I purchased the Chipper a month ago, I had used it on the practice green. It was great, better to use than a wedge or putter.
