Product Failed And I Wasn't Even Using It

I bought this bag and used it one time. Granted it was 2 years ago, but I stored it in my garage. The garage is insulated and the bag was not subject to direct sunlight. When I pulled it out to use it last week, the straps for the carry handle were rotten and totally disintegrated. This should not happen. I might not have written this review if I had not seen others who had issues with the straps. For the price I would not expect this problem. Don't buy this product. Something as simple as poor straps should never happen given the durable quality of modern fabrics.

I have purchased 2 of these bags over the past 5 years. The straps are simply under-engineered. First one lasted about 3 years without any issues then the handle straps broke while on a trip. Bought another one and that one didn't make it 2 years. All straps except the one at the bottom of the bag broke while on a trip. Only took about 2 trips per year.

Tears After 2 Uses

I used this bag twice and it’s already coming apart.

Love This Travel Bag! Light And Compact!

Bought this for a recent flight and it worked perfectly, easy to carry and stow!

Poor Quality

Had this one year, the zipper broke 6 months in, then the plastic clip and this week the handle for the top of hard case broke. Can’t recommend this.

Good Product For The Price

Took this bag on my recent trip to Europe and the clubs survived 4 flights. Bag has enough capacity to hold all my clothes and golf shoes too, which is nice. The zippers are sturdy and overall construction seems solid. Time will tell but for the time being I'm very happy with the purchase.

Didn’t Last One Trip…

I purchased this on a Saturday and used it the next day — the bottom seam ripped open about 6 inches after one day of travel. I specifically selected this bag since it is meant for “rugged” travel. Unfortunately, I don’t think I can realistically use this for the return flight.

Great Hard Top Bag

I have had this bag and used it about 6 to 7 times and it works out perfeft ecerytime.

Durable

I purchased this a few weeks ago to protect my recently purchased clubs and head covers. It held up well to the travel and luggage handlers.

Torn After One Trip

I bought this case and after one trip, it tore at the bottom by the wheel base on both sides, similar to a picture in another review. That being said, Golf Galaxy took it back and gave me a full refund without question. The product does not hold up but Golf Galaxy’s service does.

Excellent Golf Bag Carrier

Carrier is sturdy, easily fits clubs/bag and perfect for travel.

Broken Clamp

I bought this travel bag earlier this month. The top strap, the one used to pull it behind you, broke during my first trip with it. The clamp busted and now it just dangles there. If I try to pull the bag with it, it rolls over because of only having one anchor point. Great for protecting my clubs but very hard to travel with.

One Trip, One Huge Hole.

one short trip with a single flight each way. The bag now has a hole the size of a silver dollar. Not a great product and I regret buying it.

Bottom Seam Ripped On First Use

I really liked this bag. It worked great on my trip. The side pockets were very helpful. However, when I got home and was packing it up, I noticed the bottom seam was torn through. This was the first and only time I'd used it. I returned it to Golf Galaxy.
