Product Failed And I Wasn't Even Using It

I bought this bag and used it one time. Granted it was 2 years ago, but I stored it in my garage. The garage is insulated and the bag was not subject to direct sunlight. When I pulled it out to use it last week, the straps for the carry handle were rotten and totally disintegrated. This should not happen. I might not have written this review if I had not seen others who had issues with the straps. For the price I would not expect this problem. Don't buy this product. Something as simple as poor straps should never happen given the durable quality of modern fabrics.

I have purchased 2 of these bags over the past 5 years. The straps are simply under-engineered. First one lasted about 3 years without any issues then the handle straps broke while on a trip. Bought another one and that one didn't make it 2 years. All straps except the one at the bottom of the bag broke while on a trip. Only took about 2 trips per year.

Bought this for a recent flight and it worked perfectly, easy to carry and stow!

Poor Quality

Had this one year, the zipper broke 6 months in, then the plastic clip and this week the handle for the top of hard case broke. Can’t recommend this.
