Literally Helped Save My Life!

This is by far my favorite flavor of Liquid IV! And I have a ton of them! I had developed Hyponotremia and was on all Gatorade and Pedialyte, I couldn’t even have anymore plain water. Started one Liquid IV a day and all of my numbers for my electrolytes are right back to where they should be.

Popsicle Firecracker Is "The Bomb"!

This Is My Favorite Flavor!!

This is my favorite flavor!! I live in FL and seem to dehydrate easily although I feel like I drink plenty of water. I find when I take one of these daily I don’t have any issues with dehydration headaches. I share them with friends at work and family who have similar issues and they’re big fans too.
