Why Use Stevia
Why both sugar AND stevia? Sugar is listed first then stevia is hidden later on in the ingredients list... Usually it is one or the other.

Great Stuff.
Love it. Want Potassium and Manganese in it though. Glad to see a trace amount of sugar, the ones with stevia have a metallic aftertaste. I would prefer ZERO sugar, no sweeteners at all but this is close.

I Enjoy This Flavor And
I enjoy this flavor and like that Liquid IV dissolves completely.
I like it both for hydration after an intense workout or before/after flying to help minimize jetlag/swelling/and more. And I also find it helpful when maybe I don't need the extra hydration, but it helps motivate me to drink more water or is helpful when I find myself "storm eating" when I'm not actually hungry, and drinking this is a helpful tool to drink instead.
