    Great Customer Service

    Initially, there was a problem opening the casing. I contacted customer service & they replied quickly. They sent a replacement casing which I received within a week. Froze the ice ball immediately & tried it out. Love how it soothed my knee & shoulder joints. Hope to try the heat ball later. Great product!

    This Is A Very Good

    This is a very good product. From a temparature perspective, this works great. The cold therapy lasts for a surprisingly long time. The heat less so but long enough. About the only small issue I have is that the ball doesn't roll easily. It tens to stick. You still get the desired temperature effects but it would be a little smoother on the rub if the metal ball rolled more consistently (it tends to freeze in place for long chunks of time unless you unscrew the outsite piece).
