I am a runner and I always GU. Some runners complain that it is too thick but IMO, that only becomes an issue when its cold. Its the best for my body.

Good Taste, Easy Access

I have used this on runs and it tastes pretty good a little bit too sweet but compared to other flavors I’m sure it is good. It is easy to open the package and relatively easy to suck out while running.
