It Is Great For What It Is.

I bought this thinking it was a stim pre workout. It is in fact non-stim. With that being said; it works perfectly for a pre run pick me up. Not my favorite for a hard lift.

Great Pump

Overall it gives a great pump, seem to sweat more than the other pre workout I used, am only down side is it has decent flavor but chalky taste
