Works on normal coated golf balls But not the matte coated golf balls. And does take a bit more work to adhere than directions state

Fun Ball Markers
I’ve used tin cups and marker to identify my golf balls. It was difficult to get a clear mark. These golf dots are easy to apply and hold up well. Not necessary to play golf, but fun.
